We care about you and your happiness, if you are not completely happy with your purchase or even simply change your mind you can return it within 30 days. After 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All you need to do to return an item within 30 days is email us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Proof of purchase such as order number
- Your email address
- The reason for your return.
- In the unlikely event the product is damaged please ensure you send pictures of the damage.
- If you would like a refund or replacement
We will contact you within 24 hours of your email with instructions on how to return the product, you will need to ensure the product is still in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product we will send you a notification. Within 4 - 6 working days of receiving the item we will inspect it and then either issue a replacement or a refund to the original method of payment minus any shipping costs.
Please be aware, perishable and personal care items are exempt from being returned such as;
- Smudge bundles
- Essential oils
- Bath and skincare products
- Water bottles
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate via email for the cost of goods only once we have received the returned item.
PROOF OF RETURN
If you are returning an item to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We must stress, items will need to be in their original packaging, especially gift boxes. If they are not you may only receive a partial or no refund/replacement.
